When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation, and the message you send. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or share it with third parties except where required by law.
We process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR. Where you specifically request information from us, processing may also be based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a).
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, after which it is securely deleted unless a contractual relationship has been established.
